As you can see by my two followers, I'm not really an expert on anything, let alone writing. But I know several sources for aspiring authors and published authors alike. First on my magical list is The Appendix Podcast. The podcast is free on Itunes, and is very informative.
Also, there is another podcast, Writing Excuses. Writing Excuses is another free podcast that you can find on Itunes. It's just as informative and each episode is wrapped up in about 15 minutes.
I listen to those podcasts just about everyday, as they are very awesome and informative.
Critique Circle is a nice place to get honest critiques. Check it out, and you won't be sorry.
I guess I should showcase my book of the week. My book of the week is Unwind, by Neal Shusterman. It's a pretty nifty book, so check it out in the book of the week tab above.
In the future, I'm going to try starting an interview tab where I interview a successful author, so watch for that.
I know I sounded like I was paid to advertise during this post, so I promise a better one next week. Be sure to follow and comment.

Two at Once
Hello again!
It's been quite a while since I posted, but my 1 follower will probably be glad I'm back. Either that, or he's been dreading the day I'd post again, and will probably say as much in the comments. I posted a link on my critique community website (Critique Circle), so hopefully I'll get a few more followers.
Anyways, you may be pleased to know that I'm making progress in my book. Yes, it's taking forever, but I just finished Chapter 5. This is important to me because this is the farthest I've ever gotten in a book before. The two I'm working on right now will be the first ones I'll finish though. I am determined.
Anyways, I'm just talking about a technique that has worked really well with me. You know how sometimes you sit down to write, and you just can't make yourself do it? Well I've found a solution that works really well for me at least. I have two books. Chipper & Uppity, and Tears of Autumn. Well these two books are complete opposites. Chipper & Uppity is a funny book set in modern times about two friends named Chipper and Uppity. Tears of Autumn, although there is nothing too terrible (as in sex, violence, and language), it's kinda dark. They are both cool though.
Anyhow, I'm talking about how sometimes I'm just feeling too serious to work on Chipper & Uppity, or vice versa. It's nice to have two things to work on.
Also, I'm reading a book I thought you guys might enjoy. It is Life As We Knew It, by Susan Beth Pfeffer, and it's a pretty awesome book. It's about life after the moon gets knocked closer to the earth by an astroid. Miranda and her family must survive as the world crumbles around them. Yup, it's pretty neat, and you can find it here. The sequel, The Dead and The Gone follows a different character, and I personally find it to be an all around cooler book. There is a third book, but I have yet to read it. Anyways, I'm starting a new program called "Book of the Week". You can view it in the tabs above.

Welcome
Welcome to my blog. You are probably wondering what the point of this whole blog thing is, and sadly, I have no answer for you. There is no point to this blog. If/when I get a book published, I can use this to advertise my book or whatever, but until then, I am just a lunatic banging on his keyboard. This blog has information about current projects, me personally (because I am such an interesting person, and I will also be critiquing some games, shows, books, and movies. I will be adding more bells and whistles soon, but for now we are stuck with just two measly tabs. Please follow my blog and tell your friends.
